Most travelers to Utah head straight to the famous Big 5 national parks, but we think passing over Escalante is a mistake! In addition to countless trips to the area, we’ve spent over 2 weeks living here and have explored all the best spots, eaten at every restaurant in town, and lived off the limited supply of groceries available for miles.
